These Terms govern your use of TravelNepal.com. Please read them carefully before making a booking or creating an account.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using TravelNepal.com you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Bookings and Payments

  • Booking requests are subject to availability confirmation by the tour operator.
  • A booking is confirmed only once you receive a written confirmation email from TravelNepal.
  • Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes.
  • Full payment or a deposit (as specified per package) is required to secure a confirmed booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
  • 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund.
  • Under 15 days before departure: No refund, but we will try to reschedule.
  • Force-majeure cancellations (natural disaster, government travel ban) receive full credit valid for 12 months.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: post false reviews, attempt to manipulate prices, scrape or harvest site data, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

TravelNepal is a marketplace platform. We are not the direct provider of tours, treks, or transport. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking in question. We are not liable for acts of nature, political events, or operator negligence.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kathmandu.
