Itinerary
Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our airport representative will be waiting to welcome you with your name written on a placard. Depending on traffic, you will be at your hotel within 30 minutes or so. You have time to relax and enjoy the ambience and comfort of the hotel.
In the evening, you will be transferred to Avata Wellness Center, where you will immerse in the experience of Singing Bowl session. Sound is an inevitable experience and a fundamental part of our lives. We commonly use it for communication and entertainment purpose, without thinking much about its purposefulness. Sound is produced by all matters and travel in the form of vibrations that have profound impacts on our mind and body. Since many years, sound bath has been used for healing and therapeutic processes by cultures and traditions around the world. In Nepal, this is visibly used in religious spaces, during shamanic practices, and in everyday lives through chanting, and so on.
Later, you will be delighted to have a nourishing dinner at its restaurant. You will be introduced to the taste of Nepal. This 6 course vegetarian meal is a blend of delicacies that bind different flavors of Nepal – Nepal ko Swad (Taste of Nepal). All dishes are prepared using traditional Nepali herbs and spices that aid in assimilation of our food intake. These spices are carefully selected to balance the fire and air elements in our body. All the fruits and vegetables used are seasonal and represent the geographical diversity of Nepal. The Nepali thali, which is our main course, is an interesting combination of carbs, protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals. It’s a complete Nepali meal, staple to a majority of the population. Later, you will return to the hotel to unwind and prepare for the next day.
